Before the Eagles reunion tour starts next month, Don Henley had better learn the words to "Learn to Be Still."

Henley flubbed the lyrics to the group's new ballad while taping an MTV special Tuesday in front of 800 people.

Henley, whose perfectionism helped break up the band 14 years ago, acknowledged his error with a laugh and started over. Other songs went without a hitch, including the hits "Hotel California" and "Life in the Fast Lane."

"Band morale is high," Glenn Frey said. "Everybody is upbeat. We are having a good time. I couldn't be happier."

Henley hopes the Eagles will stay together after the tour, which begins May 27.

"Doing the solo thing was nice, but there is something about being in a band that is magic," he said.
