6:45 -- 520 17th St., larceny. Peggy J. Mackie said the license plates were taken from her car.

7 -- 6543 Niagara Falls Blvd., Bob Evans Restaurant, second-degree harassment. The manager said a man made indecent suggestions to her.

7:50 -- 327 Rainbow Blvd. South, criminal mischief. Rick W. Devries said his vehicle's taillights and side mirrors were scratched and a front fender kicked in.

8:20 -- 1414 Osbourne Court, third-degree assault. Bridget Kensinger said a man struck her.

8:21 -- 2600 block of Niagara Street, fourth-degree criminal mischief and harassment. A woman said a man ripped the telephone out of her hand, causing it to break, and threatened her.

9:10 -- 414 13th St., second-degree burglary. Nell M. Kraft said her basement was broken into and her color television, videocassette recorder, Chicogo Bulls jacket and a blanket taken.

9:12 -- 11th Street and Willow Avenue, second-degree assault. Carl F. Costanzo said three men wearing hoods hit him in the back of the head with a bottle, lacerating the back of his head and his right eye.

10:10 -- 10th and Niagara streets, arrest. Jerry P. Markham Jr., 24, of Palmyra, charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no seat belt.

10:10 -- 500 block of 20th Street, harassment. A man said a woman punched him in the face and threatened to damage his car.

10:50 -- 10th and Niagara streets, arrest. Jeff M. Reid, 24, no address, charged with no license and no seat belt.

12:10 -- 11th Street and Willow Avenue, menacing. John J. Murphy said two men followed him in a car, threw a beer bottle at his vehicle and threatened him with a tire iron.

12:15 -- Alley between the 400 block of 18th and 19th streets, third-degree assault. A man said another man punched him in the nose, but the victim would not give the police his own name and refused medical treatment. At the same time, Paul D. Atkin said a man jumped him and may have broken his collar bone.

1:04 -- 9001 Niagara Falls Blvd., Travelers Budget Inn, arrest. Christopher L. Cauley III, 24, of Ely Avenue, charged with resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

2:20 -- 1776 Falls St., arrest. Vincent J. Watts, 24, charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

8:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Raymond P. Barrett, 43, of Kies Court, arrested on a warrant.

9 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Neilhall J. Palmer, 18, of Buffalo, charged with failure to appear.

9:20 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd. arrest. Mark R. Morris, 29, of Colvin Boulevard, charged with failure to appear.

9:22 -- 451 Third St., criminal mischief. Harold Nalls said a man shot out his living room window with a BB rifle.

11:10 -- 200 block of 73rd Street, harassment. A man said a woman attacked him in the kitchen and scratched his face.

11:30 -- 2300 block of 16th Street, harassment. A woman said a man threatened to kill her and choked, punched and kicked her.

11:35 -- 723 16th St., MMR Construction, burglary. Anthony T. Rodgers said a man took a blank check from an account book.

12:20 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Natalie A. Young, 31, of 18th Street, charged with third-degree grand larceny after Veronica D. Terry said she forged 25 of her checks.

12:40 -- 1512 South Ave., forgery. Delorse P. Heron said a car was bought and registered in her name.

1 -- 621 10th St., assault. Joan A. Dugan said a woman kicked her in the lower abdomen.

1:20 -- 1864 Willow Ave., harassment. James C. Reid said a man threatened to let his dog attack him.

1:20 -- 1000 Portage Road, Tops Market, arrest. Virgil Harris, 30, of Southgate, arrested on a warrant for second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

1:30 -- 6225 Niagara Falls Blvd., Sunrise Inn, harassment. Manager Loay M. Abdellatif said a man threatened him.

1:35 -- 4715 Lewiston Road, criminal mischief. Cristina Ventry said three youths broke 12 window panes in her garage and damaged her metal roofing and fence.

2:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Clifford W. Webb, 46, of 30th Street, charged with first-degree rape.

2:35 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Karen Y. Brown, 24, of Ninth Street, arrested on a warrant for second-degree aggravated harassment.

2:50 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Jason A. Walos, 22, of 102nd Street, arrested on a warrant for second-degree harassment.
