4 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. John B. Hubler, 26, of Falls Street, charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree assault.

4:02 -- 1340 Niagara Ave., second-degree burglary. Merrill R. Juhre said a man took $20 in quarters from an unlocked safe.

4:15 -- 100 block of 73rd Street, criminal mischief. Kenneth J. Brockett said his car's trunk and lock were damaged.

4:35 -- 9455 Niagara Falls Blvd., petit larceny. Shannan K. Moses said a man took her pit bull from the front yard.

4:45 -- 3A Apple Walk, arrest. Ephilius S. Bennett, 18, of Cleveland Avenue, charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of alcohol.

5:03 -- 2200 block of Willow Avenue, harassment. A woman said a man threatened her because she refuses to return a motorcycle he had given her.

6:21 -- 6B St., attempted burglary. Veronica D. Terry said her rear door lock had been tampered with and half the lock was broken off.

6:30 -- Walnut Avenue and Tronolone Place, arrest. Olivia J. Williams, 42, of Lafayette Avenue, charged with prostitution and theft of services after a cab driver said she refused to pay a $6.75 fare and offered to perform a sex act instead.

7 -- 2616 Highland Ave., F.A. Brown's Grocery, harassment. A man said another man struck his 11-year-old daughter in the chest.

7:45 -- Rainbow Bridge, arrest. Shirley A. McGee, 24, of Buffalo, charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

9:15 -- 927 Center Ave., arrest. Richard A. Little, 37, of Fairfield Avenue, charged with loitering and failure to appear.

10:50 -- 969 Maple Ave., criminal mischief. Amy M. Reilly said a window was struck by someone firing a BB gun.

11 -- 231 Third St., parking lot, criminal mischief and petit larceny. Lisa A. Cammack said a window to her vehicle was damaged and a maroon blanket was taken.

12:04 -- 418 19th St., harassment. Pamela Bronson said a man grabbed her around the neck and was choking her until someone stopped him.

1:34 -- 2432 Niagara St., Dairy Queen, arrest. John A. Karnatz Jr., 44, of 18th Street, charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and third-degree falsely reporting an incident.

2:20 -- Third Street and Ferry Avenue, arrest. Stephanie M. Turton, 18, of Wainfleet , Ont., charged with disorderly conduct.

2:30 -- 1149 Fairfield Ave., criminal mischief. Loretta E. Garner said a woman threw a rock through a window and screen and then pulled away in a car.

2:58 -- 400 block of 19th Street, arrest. Gregory T. Monroe, 41, of Model City, charged with second-degree attempted burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief after he allegedly pushed in a window to an apartment.

3:15 -- 8020 Niagara Falls Blvd., Denny's Restaurant, theft of services. An employee said three men left without paying for $21.09 worth of food.

3:40 -- 10E Orange Commons, criminal mischief. Patrika W. Stovall said a man broke two windows to her apartment with rocks after she refused to let him in.

4:40 -- Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, arrest. Gerald R. Stephenson, 50, of St. Catharines, Ont., charged with failure to appear.

7:30 -- 2238 Grand Ave., arrest. Timothy P. Sexton, 27, of Walnut Avenue, charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree criminal mischief after Maryanne Goeke said he kicked in a side door to her apartment and she found him sleeping in her bedroom.

7:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Gilbert J. Brennan, 32, of Buffalo, charged with failure to appear.

9:10 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Kenneth R. Wolf, 23, of Eighth Street, charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.

9:20 -- 1446 LaFayette Ave., second-degree burglary. Patricia A. McBride said a man broke into her apartment and took her 27-inch color television and microwave.

9:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Kenneth S. Schmidt, 29, of Walnut Avenue, charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny.

10:10 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Silvio J. Martelli, 41, of Niagara Street, charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

11 -- South Gate, harassment. A woman said a man threatened to kill her.

2 -- LaSalle High School parking lot, 1500 Military Road, fourth-degree criminal mischief. Jeffrey M. Shaughnessy said two men broke into his brother James' car, damaging the door, window frame and rear seat.

3:59 -- 2400 block of Orleans Avenue, second-degree harassment. A 9-year-old boy said a girl grabbed him around the neck and began to choke him, leaving two lacerations on the side of his neck.
