ARRAIGNMENT SET IN MURDER OF KIN

The Town of Tonawanda woman indicted this week on charges she murdered her mentally retarded daughter will be arraigned Friday afternoon in State Supreme Court.

Patricia Kirisits, 59, has been ordered to appear before Justice Mario J. Rossetti for arraignment. She is charged with second-degree murder and weapons counts in the Oct. 23 fatal stabbing of her daughter, Julie, 23, in the family's Creekside Drive home. Now free on $50,000 property bail, Mrs. Kirisits is accused of repeatedly stabbing her daughter and clubbing her with a vacuum cleaner and umbrella stand.
