Stanley M. Seavert, 90, of North Main Street died Thursday (Dec. 20, 1990) in Wyoming County Community Hospital, Warsaw, after a brief illness.
Born in Caneadea, Seavert retired in 1969 from the former Perry Knitting Mill. He also owned and operated a farm from 1946 to 1955 on East Koy Road in the community of Lamont, Town of Pike. He moved from Lamont to Castile in 1955.
Survivors include his wife, the former Rose Smith; a son, Richard of Brunswick, Ga., two sisters, Ethel and Eleanor, both of Fillmore; five grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Harmon-Watson Funeral Home, 35 N. Main St. Burial will be in East Koy Cemetery, Town of Pike.
