Niagara County Judge Charles J. Hannigan Wednesday set sentencing dates for two Niagara Falls men who pleaded guilty to reduced charges in separate cases.

Ennis Brown, 39, who listed South Avenue and Ashland Avenue addresses in Niagara Falls and an Elmwood Avenue address in Buffalo, pleaded guilty to petit larceny stemming from the receipt of more than $1,000 from three men as partial payment for video-cassette recorders, stereos and other equipment that was not delivered between May 1988 and Sept. 26.

He was indicted on three counts of petit larceny and counts of first-degree scheming to defraud and resisting arrest. Sentencing will be Jan. 16.

Joseph D. Hetherington, 44, of 2257 15th St. on a charge of attempted third-degree burglary, will be sentenced Feb. 15.

He was indicted on attempted second-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief counts in connection with an attempt to enter the Merry Mart on 19th Street in Niagara Falls on Sept. 17, 1989.
