A 14-year-old girl and a girlfriend were sexually assaulted Monday night by a group of seven youths in a backyard near Kehr Street and Glenwood Avenue, police said today.
One of the youths, a 16-year-old, was arrested and charged with first-degree rape moments after officers arrived at the scene and chased him, police said.
