George V. Vosseller Sr., 66, formerly of Buffalo, died Friday (Dec. 14, 1990) in his home in Hendersonville, N.C.

A chemical engineer for many years, he worked in Niagara Falls, Buffalo and Lockport before his retirement in 1987. He was a World War II veteran, serving aboard ships on the Atlantic in the Army Medical Corps.

A Buffalo native, he was a graduate of the old Technical High School and Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. He moved to Hendersonville three years ago.

Vosseller was a past member of the Professional Chemical Engineers of Niagara Falls, and Occidental Lodge 766, F & AM.

He is survived by his wife, the former Orma Peronne; a son, George Jr.; a daughter, Gretchen Vosseller-Curlander of Lexington, Ky., and his mother, Isabelle Vosseller of Amherst.
