HOW FREDONIA FOLKS CAN HEAR NPR

Here is pleasant news for Anthony Pritivera of Fredonia, who asks in his Dec. 7 letter: "Where is National Public Radio in Buffalo?"

NPR is alive and well on WBFO, 88.7 FM, the University at Buffalo's public radio station.

NPR's news magazines "All Things Considered" and "Morning Edition/Weekend Edition" can be heard, localized with news and information of interest to Western New York.

A note to Fredonia listeners:

Through a special arrangement, an hour of each weekday broadcast of "All Things Considered" and "Morning Edition" is handed off from WBFO to WCVF at the State University College at Fredonia for simultaneous broadcast on their frequency, 88.9 FM.
