Victorian Springs will provide 84 condominium units for the West Seneca area, explained builder David Manko. "Four and eight-unit buildings will be arranged in a village-like atmosphere."
Located on West Avenue west of Union Road, the 1,250 square foot condominium units will be constructed in phases. The elevations will duplicate Victorian styling and include landscaped grounds with a pond and gazebo and nostalgic village entries off West and South Avenues.
The condominium concept features semi-private entrances to each building, private basement storage, covered porches, surface parking and detached garages. Interior differences will be found with fireplaces available in end-units and vaulted ceiling in the living room for second level homes.
Each condominium will include ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen, foyer and both baths. "Two full baths and a versatile den/second bedroom will be popular elements for Victorian Springs," Manko pointed out.
Solid construction and popular amenities go together, he added. "We have sound buffering between units, 12-inch ceiling insulation and douglas fir framing members. Appointments include six-panel doors, casement windows and upgraded carpeting."
The U-shaped kitchen work area shows oak kitchen cabinets, appliances -- dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator -- a pantry and a sit-at snack bar.
The model at 400 West Avenue Unit A-1 is furnished by P.M. Berst and Sons to illustrate the spaciousness of each unit and how easy it is to decorate with this floor plan, he added.
Interior units are priced from $69,900 and outside units sell for $74,900. Sales and marketing is through Woodstream Real Estate.
The model is open Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 5 and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5 to 8. To visit take Union Road to South Avenue to West Avenue.
