Ticket-scalping charges were dismissed Friday against 15 persons charged for hawking tickets outside Memorial Auditorium Sunday before a Buffalo Sabres game.

District Attorney Kevin M. Dillon told The Buffalo News he was dropping the charges because none of the suspects was selling tickets for more than their face value. Dillon said he has advised the Buffalo Sabres he will prosecute any cases where the club or police have evidence of price-gouging or sales of stolen or outdated tickets.
