Goldome has secured two new tenants for space in downtown's Goldome Center and at 3903-3909 Genesee St.
The New York State Thruway Authority has leased 10,000 square feet at the Genesee location, with 51,000 square feet of unoccupied Goldome space still available. The 68,000-square-foot, primarily one-floor building is owned by James Cosentino. Leasing agent was Cheryl Hart of Niagara Frontier Realty.
Downtown, the Social Security Administration's Office of Hearings and Appeals has taken 14,000 square feet on the third floor of Goldome Center.
With the government lease signing, Goldome continues to market about 125,000 of leaseable space, about one-third of the 376,000-square-foot facility.
