EASE THE HUNTING LIMIT TO BETTER CONTROL DEER

I have seen the evidence of a number of "road kills" of deer and heard accounts of damage to suburban and rural property done by a presumed surplus of hungry deer. Why not permit hunters to take two deer, rather than the limit of one? If a new law would require that the extra deer be donated to the poor and homeless, not only would hunters be provided with more sporting opportunities, but the current deer population would be thinned and free food would be made available to partially resolve a pressing social problem.
