Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority employees unload a trolley from Cleveland Thursday at Metro Rail's South Park yard and shop complex. Twelve old trolleys from Cleveland's Regional Transit Authority are being brought here for rehabilitation and likely use for Metro Rail service to the Tonawandas. Use of the trolleys on former Conrail tracks from the LaSalle Station to the City of Tonawanda would be $300 million cheaper than extending the current Metro Rail system.
