Romulus Club Auxiliary will have a Christmas dinner and carol sing today in Roxanne's Restaurant. Lee D'Angelo and Mary Nicosia are chairwomen. The auxiliary and members of the Romulus Club will entertain residents in Erie County Home and Infirmary on Dec. 13. A musical revue will be presented by the Peter Argiro Trio, vocalist Rita Kay and a senior citizens dance group directed by Pat Rich. Bags of candy, fruit and cookies will be distributed.
Kenmore Mercy Hospital Guild will sponsor a mini Christmas bazaar of items made by members of the guild's sewing and handcraft group Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the hospital. A handmade quilt will be a special award. Sweet Home Central High School students will entertain with holiday music at a Christmas luncheon for the guild Dec. 12 at noon in the hospital conference room. Gifts will be given to the sisters on the hospital staff and Sister M. Joel Schimscheiner, the hospital's chief executive officer, will accept a check for the hospital representing proceeds from guild projects. Previously ordered poinsettia plants will be picked up in the guild room after the program. The guild is taking donations for handmade ornaments on a memory tree in the hospital lobby. Each ornament features the name of a loved one and the donor.
Ladies Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars in Erie County, will have a Christmas potluck dinner Friday at 7:30 p.m. in Hriczko Post, VFW.

St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Cheektowaga, will have its annual Christmas Fair Saturday from 1 to 7 p.m. in the school hall. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Kuss are chairmen and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bialkowski are co-chairmen. Santa Claus will distribute gifts to children from 2 to 5 p.m.
