Buffalo police and the FBI are looking for a young man who robbed a teller of an undetermined amount of cash at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday at the Norstar Bank branch at 637 Walden Ave.
The teller told Broadway Station police that the robber pointed a sawed-off rifle at her and other tellers and demanded money.
Police said the man was described as 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. Witnesses told police he was wearing a black leather jacket, a pullover hood, faded jeans and black shoes.
The robber was last seen running north on Brinkman Avenue, police said.
