Chicago is known as the Windy City, but it couldn't hold a candle to Buffalo on Tuesday, when winter unleashed brisk winds, blowing snow and falling temperatures on downtown pedestrians and motorists alike. The winter weather adventures may continue today, as an overnight shift in the wind was expected to set up lake-effect snow in the traditional snow belt. Buffalo can expect up to an inch of new snow.
