Uniland Development Co. recently signed six new tenants to its office-industrial parks in Tonawanda and Amherst.
Mooney Process Equipment Co. and Mircom Communications will take 5,300 square feet and 2,700 square feet, respectively, in the Interstate Commerce Center, Tonawanda.
The 42-acre site currently features nine completed buildings, 333,000 square feet of space and a vacancy rate of about 5 percent. When complete, the park will offer 11 buildings and about 400,000 square feet.
Uniland's Amherst International Park will feature offices for Pride of Paris Inc., TNT Skypak, the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and Comdoc Inc. Combined, the four firms will occupy 14,400 square feet of space in the park's 69,000-square-foot Phase III.
The Wehrle Drive project currently consists of 12 buildings offering about 319,000 square feet, with a vacancy rate of 10 percent. Eighteen buildings are planned for the site.
