Services for Franklin S. Marshall, 59, of Valley Forge, Pa., will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St. Burial will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
Marshall died Tuesday (June 26, 1990) while vacationing in Salem, Ore.
A former Middleport resident, he lived in Valley Forge for several years.
He recently retired as assistant director of safety for Conrail and also worked in Buffalo for Conrail. With the railroad, he worked as telegrapher, dispatcher and train master.
Marshall was a member of the Railroad Telegraphy Club and the Calvary Bible Church in Phoenixville, Pa.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma C. Marshall; two daughters, Bonnie Caton of Spencerport and Holly S. Marshall of Valley Forge; three sisters, Phyllis M. Cothran of Salem, Ore., Charlene Seekins Smith and Corliss M. Stahl, and a granddaughter.
