Frontier Foundries Inc. of Niagara Falls has appointed Timothy D. Moore chief financial officer and has named Dr. George H. Found vice president of technology. Moore has been part of the Western New York foundry industry for the past 20 years, having formerly been associated with Taylor-Pohlman Inc. of Orchard Park and Moog Inc. of East Aurora. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo.
Found organized and operated the G.H. Found Corp. of North Conway, N.H, until its acquisition by Frontier earlier this year. He will work out of the company's Titusville, Pa., facility, which will house Frontier's new G.H. Found Speciality Steel Casting Division. Found holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University and a PhD from Yale University.
Computer Resource Technologies Inc., 5500 Main St., Williamsville, has named Donald J. Rudewicz a partner. He will be responsible for business development. Rudewicz formerly was district director for Canada and Upstate New York at Computer Task Group Inc.
Canisius College has announced that its graduate business students have elected Dr. Richard A. Wall as "Professor of the Year" for the second time. He is an associate professor of economics and finance.
Canisius also announced that Ramona L. Lloyd has received the "Talal Abu-Ghazaleh International Award" for outstanding accomplishments in the MBA program in professional accounting, and Alexander C. Booth has won the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants highest average award for an MBA student. Booth also won the Financial Executives Institute academic merit competition.
Empire Soils Investigations Inc., a Western New York environmental and geotechnical specialty services firm, has named Edward J. Barbiero director of technical services. He has been with the company since 1979. He is a graduate Of the University at Buffalo.
