Franklyn C. Runge Jr., 59, of Seventh Street, a native of North Tonawanda, died Tuesday (June 26, 1990) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after he became ill.
Runge lived in North Tonawanda until last November, when he moved to Niagara Falls.
He served in the Navy during the Korean War. He retired as a pressman mechanic at Spaulding Fibre in North Tonawanda in 1980 because of a disability.
Survivors include his wife, the former Rose Jablonski; four daughters, Alice, Brenda, April and Dawn; three sons, David of North Tonawanda, Dale of Florida and Robert; a sister, Marion Roloff of Baldwinsville; a brother, Duane of North Tonawanda, and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the M.J. Colucci and Son Funeral Chapel, 468 19th St.
