Funeral services for John W. Andrews, a retired millwright, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Otto Redanz Funeral Home, Michigan Avenue and Tenth Street, Niagara Falls.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston.
Andrews, 84, died Saturday (June 23, 1990) in Wyoming County Community Hospital, Warsaw.
Born in Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire, England, Andrews moved to St. David's, Ont., in 1906. He came to Niagara Falls in 1925 and moved to Warsaw in the 1960s.
A millwright by trade, Andrews worked for 23 years at the former Kimberly-Clark Co. in Niagara Falls and then 16 years at the General Motors Harrison Radiator plant in Buffalo, retiring in January 1969.
Andrews was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Niagara Falls. He was married for 60 years to the former Margaret Ross.
Surviving are his wife of Warsaw; four sons, John W. Jr. of Warsaw, Robert C. of Lewiston, Norman R. of Williamsville, and Daniel J. of Lancaster; 20 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
