Niagara County Judge Aldo L. DiFlorio Thursday set sentencing dates for three defendants in separate cases.

Lusher Wallace, 22, of Niagara Falls pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of fourth-degree grand larceny in connection with the theft of $300 in cash and a gold chain from the neck of Gary Petrishin in Niagara Falls Sept. 18.

Lusher, who listed addresses on 13th Street and 10th Street, will be sentenced July 25. He was indicted on the grand larceny charge and first-degree robbery in connection with the incident in which the victim said he was threatened with a knife.

Michael Ziolkowski, 28, of 23 Allen St., Lockport, pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree grand larceny stemming from $105,000 in bad checks written on a federal credit union account of a girlfriend in April and May. Sentencing will be Aug. 27.

Judy Hilliard, 31, of 146 Pine St., Lockport, formerly of Sunset Drive, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary stemming from a Jan. 19 entry reported at the Reed Street home of Steve Huston in Lockport. Sentencing will be Aug. 22.
