The Greater Buffalo Board of Realtors has elected Mary Ann Kustich president, the the first woman to serve in that office. Ms. Kustich is a broker-associate with Metro Colvin Real Estate in the Town of Tonawanda. She also serves as state director for the New York State Association of Realtors and as chairwoman for numerous other real estate committees.

Other officers are: president-elect, Sandra Lee Wirth; secretary/treasurer, William Horohoe; senior vice president, Judith Winklhofer; first vice president, Thomas Hollander, and second vice president, Louis Atti. New directors are Sharon Bearfield, Williams Curtin, Charlene Gore, Rose Marie Kirsch, Donald J. Reeves, Gert Sage and Marlene Vacanti.

Pitney Bowes has named John Burrows district director of its local business systems office at 3820 Ridge Lea Road, Tonawanda. He has been an employee of the company since 1975 and most recently served as Western New York district sales manager.

APV Crepaco Inc. has promoted Robert T. Gramza to vice president and general manager of its Tonawanda and Attleboro Falls, Mass., operations. He has been with the company since 1959 and served in various engineering and sales capacities until his appointment as vice president for heat exchanger sales in 1983.

Ancor Information Management Inc. has announced that Shelley J. Stoeckl has been elected to the 1990 edition of "Who's Who of Women Executives." She is a project manager in the company's Williamsville branch.

Erie County Hospital Retirees Association has re-elected Johanna Lieberman president, a position she has held since 1980. She is one of the co-founders of the organization. Other officers are: vice president, Irene Cafferty; treasurer, Ida Stark; secretary, Isabella Weber and sergeant-at-arms, Veronica Gargulo.

Don Davis Auto World has announced that Joe Boccolucci, Don Waggonblot and Art Izard have been named to the Pontiac Master Sales Guild. Boccolucci is a sales manager with the dealership; the other two are are sales representatives. The guild honors Pontiac sales personnel for outstanding performance during the model year.

Metropolitan Life Insurance has promoted James G. Sinni to regional sales manager for the Buffalo region. He succeeds Michael Vietri, who has been named marketing vice president for the Northeast Zone. Sinni now will direct the marketing activities of 280 representatives and managers in the company's 19 Western and Upstate New York sales offices. He joined Met Life in 1980 as a sales representative in Connecticut and most recently served as director of recruiting and retention in the Warwick, R.I., office. He holds a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and a master's degree from Iona College.
