Amos A. Keeney, 83, of Exchange Street died Wednesday (Jan. 31, 1990) in Genesee Memorial Hospital, Batavia.

A Warsaw native, Keeney was employed from 1931 to 1971 as a mechanic and driver for the Attica Correctional Facility. He was a member of the Warsaw Fire Department, the Warsaw Exempt Firemen and the Loyal Order of Moose.

Survivors include his wife, the former Dorothy Lewis; a daughter, Joanne Rock; a sister, Ouida Reinholz of Byron; four grandsons, and three great-granddaughters.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Weeks Funeral Home, 123 N. Main St., Warsaw. Burial will be in Warsaw Cemetery.
