Developer William Robinson said Tuesday night he would consider reconfiguring the 14 housing units planned next to University Park.
He would consider changing the two buildings with four units each and three buildings with two units each to seven buildings of two units each. All buildings would also be one story.
He was responding to concerns of residents of University Park, which abuts the development. They have opposed the town houses next to their single-family homes.
Robinson also said that 120 units are necessary to make the project financially feasible. Richard Ketcham of University Park wants fewer units in the development and wants more space between the town houses and the University Park homes.
