A man linked to a major Buffalo cocaine ring was arrested Monday afternoon on an Erie County grand jury indictment warrant charging him with felony possession and sale of cocaine.
Valentin Palacio, 33, was one of eight persons arrested Jan. 18 in a federal roundup of 28 suspects in Buffalo and in New York City, Detective Sgt. David Morgante said.
Palacio was arrested Monday in his lower apartment at 350 Parkdale Ave. Morgante and Detectives Rick Semonian and Sylvestre Acosta arrested him. He is charged with two counts of felony possession and one count of felony sale of a controlled substance to an undercover agent.
Palacio was held without bail in the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment today in Erie County court.
