QUARREL OVER MONEY LEADS TO ARREST OF TWO IN FALLS

Police said a fight over money ended in the arrest of two people Sunday afternoon.

Robin Dye, 37, of Elm Court, Lockport, was charged with prostitution, and Larry Mitchell, 44, of 1307 South Ave. was charged with patronizing a prostitute. Both also were charged with disorderly conduct and scheduled to appear in City Court today.

Lt. Thomas Shumway and Officer John Soltys said they arrested the two about 1 p.m. on Highland Avenue.
