ELECTED OFFICIALS NEED TO LISTEN TO THE VOTERS

In recent weeks the citizens of Allegany County have risen up against members of the state's Low-Level Radioactive Waste Siting Commission to try to prevent their land from being used as a hazardous dump site.

Where are the officials these citizens elected to represent them? Are they just sitting back, now that elections are over? It seems the people of this country do not have a say anymore. They are being told what to do and where to do it. Maybe it's time we start tearing down a few walls!
