Three people were indicted on larceny and forgery charges by a Cattaraugus County grand jury Friday in the theft of a Salamanca man's wallet.
Indicted on charges of third- and fourth-degree grand larceny, second-degree forgery and fourth-degree possession of stolen property were Tracy W. Ginnery, 27, of Humphrey Road, Great Valley, and two Salamanca residents, April M. Christ, 23, of Seneca Street, and Matthew J. Davis, 20, of River Street.
District Attorney Larry Himelein said the three stole Paul Fortune's wallet while working for him in September. Checks were forged and his credit cards were used to obtain items and services, Himelein said. Judge Paul B. Kelly scheduled arraignments for Feb. 5.
