Woman: "This is an emergency. My daughter can't breathe. She's in convulsions. Please hurry! What can I do? She's foaming on the mouth."

Dispatcher: "Place her head down and see if she's breathing."

Woman: "She's not. She's turning blue."

Dispatcher: Keep the baby's head back, and blow air through the baby's nose and mouth.

Dispatcher: "Did the baby's chest rise?"

Woman: "No."

Dispatcher: "Try again. Put your mouth over her mouth and nose." Hearing the baby's sounds, the dispatcher assured the woman the toddler was starting to breathe again on her own.

Woman: "Please hurry. Her color's coming back."
