Two Niagara Falls men were ordered to serve prison terms in separate cases Tuesday by Niagara County Judge Charles J. Hannigan.
Stephen Gulley, 18, of 901 Center Avenue, who pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree robbery, was ordered to serve 16 months to four years in prison. He admitted trying to steal cash from Patricia Brady, a Niagara Falls taxicab driver, last May 17.
Gerald D. Zimmerman, 30, who pleaded guilty to first-degree scheming to defraud in full satisfaction of other charges involving fraudulent checks was ordered to serve one to three years in prison. Zimmerman listed various addresses in Niagara Falls.
