South Towns Travel Inc., 4211 North Buffalo Road, Orchard Park, has been purchased by Diane McNamara. She will serve as the company's new president in addition to personally handling travel arrangements for her corporate and international clients. She served as a travel consultant with the agency for more than 10 years.

Lovallo, Williams & Lovallo, a local law firm at 392 Ellicott Square, has named Michael G. Rossetti a partner and has changed its name to Lovallo Williams Rossetti. Rossetti, who joined the firm as a law clerk in 1987, will specialize in real estate and land development law. He is a graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Bagley, Irvin & Lynett, 1925 Kensington Ave., a law firm specializing in real estate law and estate work, at has named Nancy W. Saia a partner. She joined the firm in February 1985. She is a graduate of Canisius College and the University at Buffalo Law School. The firm also appointed Robert W. Malmsheimer an associate. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and Union University Law School.

Empire of America Federal Savings Bank has elected Delia M. Mamon a banking officer. She is an assistant manager in the information control/mailroom section of the bank's computer services area. She is a graduate of Buffalo State College and a resident of the Town of Tonawanda.

The Visiting Nursing Association of Western New York Inc. has announced the following two promotions:

Lee Martin has been named assistant director of special programs. She previously served as a patient service manager. Mrs. Martin is a graduate of D'Youville College and a resident of Hamburg. Denise Donohue has been promoted from patient service manager to liaison manager. Ms. Donohue also is a graduate of D'Youville College. She lives in Orchard Park.

Ladbroke/DRC Thoroughbred Race Track in Livonia, Mich., has named Buffalo native Janice H. DiNezza director of marketing. She will be responsible for sports and event marketing, publicity, public relations and group sales for the track.

First Albany Corp. has elected N. Michael Keiser to its board of directors. He has been vice president of investments in the company's Buffalo office since 1977.

Key Mortgage Funding Inc., a subsidiary of KeyCorp, has named Kyle L. Aronica mortgage loan originator assigned to the Buffalo office. She previously was a financial counselor for Empire of American Federal Savings Bank. She lives in Grand Island.

Gordon W. Jones Associates, a Williamsville architectural firm specializing in the design of educational facilities, has named Scott W. Jones an associate. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and is a licensed architect in New York State.
