A garden reception was given at the home of Nancy Elizabeth Green's parents in Williamsville after she and Fred Kian Bie Oey were married Saturday at 4:30 p.m. in St. Peter Episcopal Church.

The Rev. Calvin Steck heard the vows of the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Larry Green and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Oey of Sunnyvale, Calif. After a trip to Grande Camen Island the couple will live in San Francisco, Calif.

Alencon lace, seed pearls, sequins and crystal beads trimmed the bride's satin gown fashioned with a wedding ring collar, trumpet skirt and cathedral train. A floral crown held her veil and she carried spring flowers and roses.

Patricia A. Green of Boston, Mass., was maid of honor for her sister. Bridesmaids were another sister, Cecelia Green, and Sylvia Oey of San Francisco, sister of the bridegroom. Paul Peterson, the best man, and ushers, Bert and Charles Oey, brothers of the bridegroom, Gregory Demars and Larry Gaudette, are of San Francisco.
