CITY MAN'S BODY PULLED FROM RIVER

Parks police in Niagara Falls, Ont., said Sunday no foul play was involved in the death of a Buffalo man whose body was pulled from the Whirlpool Basin section of the Niagara River Saturday.

The Buffalo Police Missing Persons Bureau said the body fit the description of William Farrell, 34, of Sterling Avenue, who was last seen by his family April 27. No autopsy is planned, and the investigation has been completed, parks police said.
