At 1 p.m. Saturday in Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, the Rev. Theodore C. Rog performed the marriage ceremony for Mary Ann Okonczak and Anthony Mineo. The bride received her maternal grandmother's wedding band.
Mr. and Mrs. Donald F. Okonczak, parents of the bride, and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Mineo, parents of the bridegroom, are of Buffalo.
A reception was given in Big Apple Supper Club.
The newly married couple will be at home in Buffalo.
A satin gown accented with seed pearls and sequins was chosen by the bride. The basque, decorated with rosettes on the shoulders and trimmed with Venice lace, was styled with a sweetheart neckline and puff sleeves. The skirt had a scalloped hemline and extended into a cathedral train.
The bride wore her maternal grandmother's lavaliere.
A wreath of silk flowers and pearls held her fingertip veil. She carried orchids and pink rosebuds.
