Diamond earrings given to Leslie Clare Tarnowski by Stanley A. Jemiolo Jr. and an heirloom diamond pendant were included in her ensemble when the couple exchanged nuptial vows Saturday at 5:30 p.m. in Our Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Church.
Mr. and Mrs. Leon S. Tarnowski, parents of the bride, and Mr. and Mrs. Jemiolo, the bridegroom's parents, are of Orchard Park. A reception was given in Orchard Park Fire Hall before the newly married couple left for Acapulco, Mexico. They will be at home in Orchard Park.
Embroidered ribbon insets and pearls accented the yoke of the bride's ivory satin gown. Sposabella embroidery with beading trimmed the basque. The shirred leg-of-mutton sleeves were decorated with beaded embroidery and ribbon insets. Lace scallops edged the full skirt and cathedral train and embroidered ribbon decorated the train. A pearl band held her veil. She carried her great-grandmother's handkerchief with ivy from her parents' garden with peach roses, stephanotis and lilies.
