TRESPASSER GETS PROBATION FOR N. TONAWANDA BREAK-IN

Joseph Spiritosanto, 22, of 667 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, was placed on probation for three years and ordered to pay a $60 penalty by Niagara County Judge Charles J. Hannigan on Friday.

He pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass stemming from a Sept. 13 break-in at a home on River Road in North Tonawanda.

The judge ordered him to make restitution, at an amount to be set by the probation department.
