A Bristol Street man is charged with felony arson for starting a fire inside a house in the 400 block of Bristol about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, police said. A High Street man arrested early Wednesday on third-degree assault and harassment charges is accused of throwing a brick at a friend during an argument. Police said Mark James, 44, hit the victim on the right wrist. The victim went to Buffalo General medical Center for treatment, police said.
