The search results page includes the 2015 overall rating given to each nursing home. Click the top of any column heading to sort that column.
Select the details page for each nursing home to see the overall rating for 2014 plus the ratings for staffing, RN staffing, quality measures and health inspections for both 2014 and 2015. Some nursing homes are not included because of insufficient data.
5 is the highest and best score a nursing home can receive, while 1 is the lowest rating.
