TSJ: Luke Issa gwg; Ryan Gall sho

Recap

Bishop Timon-St. Jude's Luke Issa had a Senior Night to remember. Issa scored the lone goal in a 1-0 win over previously-unbeaten St. Mary's of Lancaster, the No. 7 team in the latest small schools poll. "It was huge," Timon coach Zak Persichini said. "Luke is our only senior, and for him to go out like this to beat an undefeated team was huge. He's our captain, our senior leader." The tally came midway through the first half off a corner kick by Tyler Huck. Ryan Gall earned the shutout for the Tigers, who open their Monsignor Martin playoff schedule at St. Francis on Monday.
