Man confronts staff with gun after dispute at Seneca Niagara Casino buffet

Niagara Falls police are looking for a man with a gun who approached staff at the Seneca Niagara Casino after he was kicked out of the facility following a dispute at the casino buffet.

The incident happened around 9 p.m. Friday, according to a police report.

Casino security told police they were called to the buffet for an unruly man "who was upset because he was not allowed to leave the buffet with food," according to the report. The man appeared under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a security official told police.

After he was escorted out of the casino, the man walked towards the casino valet carrying what security officials believe was a gun, police said. The man didn't point the weapon at anyone.

Police located the vehicle he was driving on 22nd Street but he was not in it.
