A Warsaw man was arrested Monday on felony child pornography charges for allegedly possessing and uploading "numerous images of sexual performances of a child," state police said.
The suspect, Kory A. Doyle, 31, is accused of uploading numerous images of child pornography to the internet between Jan. 16, 2017, and March 21, 2017. On March 22, an internet service company alerted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the activity and the organization alerted law enforcement.
The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation based in Warsaw and the State Police Computer Crime Unit found that Doyle was in possession of "numerous" photos and videos of sexual performances of children, police said.
Doyle was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child under age 17 and possession a sexual performance by a child under age 16. He was arraigned before Justice William Blythe in the Village of Warsaw Court. Doyle was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court on Thursday.
