3 car vs. deer crashes in Lancaster in 12 hours

Three motorists struck deer over roughly 12 hours between Thursday night and Friday morning on an approximately 1.8-mile stretch of Genesee Street in Lancaster, according to police.

None of the drivers reported injuries but did sustain damage to their vehicles, Lancaster police said.

The first deer-car collision was reported at 6:38 p.m. Thursday on Genesee near Valley Overlook Drive. The next two happened Friday morning – at 6:19 a.m. near Pavement Road, and 10 minutes later near Gunnville Road, police said.
