Tzetzos buy apartments in West Seneca, Boston

Real estate investors Dimitri and Nicholas Tzetzo snapped up two more apartment properties in the Southtowns late last week, buying the Creekside Court Apartments in Boston and a 12-unit building in West Seneca.

Tzetzo Companies, through their Oakridge MFR Holdings LLC entity, paid $1.6 million for Creekside, at 5400, 5450, 5451, 5454 and 5466 Creekside Court.

Located just south of Route 219, the complex is on about two acres and includes five two-story buildings, with a total of 25 units. It was built in 1920.

Tzetzo's Oakridge also paid $750,000 to acquire 1190 Orchard Park Road, near the Village of Orchard Park. Built in 1979, the building has three one-bedroom units, eight two-bedroom apartments and one office.

In both cases, the sellers were James O. and Margaret T. Klinger of Hamburg, through a trust.

"They're nice apartments," said Nick Tzetzo. "Both are stabilized. We plan no substantial changes, just routine upgrades."

Not including their commercial office and other properties, the Tzetzos now own 10 multifamily properties with about 300 units. "We're continuing the growth mode," Tzetzo said.

The Tzetzos also purchased the apartments at 1190 Orchard Park Road in West Seneca.
