A 25-year-old man was taken to the hospital after he told police he was beaten by five or six people outside a South Buffalo bar on Sunday, according to a police report.
The man told police he got into an argument with another man and was pulled out of the bathroom of Avenue Pub on South Park Avenue by a bouncer, who then kicked him out of the bar.
Once outside, about five or six men began punching and kicking him, he told police. Some of his friends who came outside to help were also punched and kicked, according to the report.
The victim, who was treated at South Buffalo Mercy Hospital, suffered facial swelling, loose teeth, bruising to his face and body and a possible concussion, according to the report.
