A fire that broke out late Sunday night at a vacant house on Humboldt Parkway was under investigation Monday, Buffalo fire officials said.
The blaze at 372 Humboldt Parkway was reported just after 11 p.m.
It could be seen by drivers passing by on the Scajaquada Expressway.
Despite some issues with water pressure, firefighters were able to keep the flames from spreading to a neighboring house. Personnel on the scene reported that the fire spread through every floor of the 2 1/2 story structure, eventually causing the roof to collapse.
The fire caused $120,000 in damage.
