California investors buy two 7-Eleven store sites

A Washington state real estate investor has sold a pair of franchised 7-Eleven convenience store properties in the Town of Tonawanda and Buffalo to a Los Angeles couple.

Alexander C. Osborn of Fircrest, Wash., sold the stores at 737 Kenmore Ave. in Tonawanda and 975 Abbott Road in Buffalo to the David Hakmyong Rhee and Patricia S. Rhee Revocable 2002 Trust, for a total of $1.4 million. That's $200,000 less than Osborn paid for them two years ago.

Osborn, through Cheyenne Canyon LLC, sold the Kenmore Avenue property for $765,000. Constructed in 1994 on 0.257 acres, it's a one-story, 2,835-square-foot building.

He sold the Abbott property through Twin Lakes Ventures LLC for $635,000. That 2,835-square-foot freestanding store was built in 1992 on 0.48 acres.

Both had been sold by Schectman Children's Trust in March 2015, for $799,500 each.
