The Healthy 10: Cross-country ski or run a road race this week

Two weekend road races, cross-country skiing opportunities and an early week flu shot clinic in Niagara Falls are among WNY Refresh Top 10 Picks of the Week when it comes to health, fitness, nutrition and family events in the region.

MONDAY

Cross-country skiing: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. today to Friday; also 1 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Reinstein Woods, 93 Honorine Drive, Cheektowaga. New drug addiction recovery center spurs hope, reunites families
