Jamestown man arrested in domestic violence incident

Jamestown police said they arrested a 56-year-0ld man for violating an order of protection after he allegedly threatened and restrained a female victim in a domestic violence incident in a West Fourth Street residence.

Officers responding to a complaint at about 7 p.m. Friday were able to locate Randy Harrington Sr., of Jamestown, and took him into custody without incident.

He was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree menacing. He is being held in Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
